membership billing cycle
We wanted to send an update on an error on billing this month.
As some of you have noticed, there was a billing error where each membership was issued a statement without their dues, cart plan, or trail fees on it. Most of you received many duplicate copies of the invoice, but none were billed correctly.
Tech support will be regenerating the invoices tonight and we will be sending out corrected invoices for the billing.
